ACTIVATION PROBLEMS

I actually think this is a great app. My only problem is I never received the activation email in order to access the list from my iPad to the iPhone. I have four times contacted hensoft on their website asking for them to send or resend (if necessary) the activation email. Never received a reply. So although I enter on my iPad I cant access on the iPhone. Sorry I dont take my iPad grocery shopping. About ready to complain and ask for the $2.99 to be credited back to me.
