Used to be great, now is a nightmare

This app used to be good, I dont know what they did in the last year but its now a nightmare. When it syncs the entire screen goes black and if are in a no signal zone (which my grocery store is) it goes black until it realises it has no signal - which can be 5 minutes or so. I cant believe I paid for this, I want a refund. Do not buy this app. In theory its great. The syncing is a mess.
