Shopping List (Grocery List) App Reviews

I purchased a second copy of the app so I could have it on both my iPhone and my iPad. The app is supposed to send me an email so I can link accounts but even after trying repeatedly I never get an email. I like the app itself and use it every week but I wasted my money buying the second copy and I still dont have it on both devices. I have contacted the makers and never get any response.

Its been years since the latest update. Please, please work on updating. My husband and I use this app faithfully, but the constant syncing is annoying. And with the iPhone plus and iPad, the graphics looked stretched out.

Really like this app...been using the free version for years and figured it was time to finally pay for it (and hopefully make it better). Like how you can have different lists, BUT why cant the app open to the main page with all my lists??? Instead it opens to a random list (even ones that are empty). This is so annoying I almost went back to the free version. If this gets fixed I will be ecstatic! Will update to 5 stars.

I paid already, and I have written twice now to say that my email confirmation never came after I registered, no response, trying to register so My hubby and I can use it collaboratively. Hmmmm customer service is not there, nobody answers ever

This could use some improved features but overall it is great. One of my most used apps for many yrs. Sometimes there are glitches and there have been fixes but recently there hasnt been updates to this app. I use this all the time for different stores and types of shopping lists. A nice feature is I can email or message any of my lists to anyone. You can share your app or add this app to anyone of your apple pods or smart devices if it is under your account. As I update my list, it will sync the lists with all of the other devices that used my list acct. I wish there was a feature I could attach a picture as well as being able to embed it when I send the list via email to anyone so they have the picture to ID the brand and packaging and for myself to remember. There is one major bug that I wish they would fix - is the constant syncing that happens. I have to wait or close the happen completely to get the app to open to the list again.

Had a stroke over a year ago, this app not only reminds me what I need, but helps me to remember the process of shopping.

I love my "shopping list" app. On October 27, 2016 Apple had an update! They mentioned that the developers of this app need to update it!!

Good app until 6.0 What happened? Dont care? Sure seems worth a fix! Id even pay for it again if it worked. Dont have a conscience?

Will we get an update? Fit to screen? Hopefully so I need this app every time I go to store. now this app since it hasnt been updated is slowing down my phone:(

This is my favorite grocery list app. It is easy to use. Ive been using it for years. At this point all the items I commonly purchase are stored and all I have to do is select them. Today I did the OS upgrade to 10.1.1. The first time I opened the Shopping List app I say a notice it would slow down my iPhone and needs an update. Please update the app. It would be terrible to lose it.

I downloaded the free version, and wasnt happy with it. I message popped up to get and pay for the upgraded one. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE. I was ripped off for $3.00. They LIMIT the titles. Whats worse it not any better. I have been using an app called shop, shop for years and its much better. You can move your list around to be in order how you shop and not limited. Ill stick with shop, shop which is much user friendly!!!

Apple IPhone says your app slows down my IPhone 6. When will you update to fix this?

The app is just as useful as it was when I bought it several years ago, but it hasnt been updated for awhile. It looks great on a smaller iPhone, but it will look really weird on the 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch iPhones.

This app works well and I like that it tracks groceries I buy frequently and their prices. Ive used it for years. But the developer NEVER updates it; the last update was nearly three years ago. I finally bit the bullet and took the time to populate a new app with all my groceries and the prices. My phone - and the app - run better. Do yourself a favor and start with a different app!

I love how this app saves the items you put in it. And calculates the total price for everything. Great fir budgeting groceries. But they really need to update it its still on the old iPhone resolution. Not even full screen. Please update!

I use the app frequently and find it very useful, but would like to see can and jar added to choices of containers.

I downloaded the app and tried to register. No return email! Ive tried twice and still nothing. Ive also emailed the app developer TWICE!

My original review was for 2 stars. Now its 1. I paid for this app. It has not been maintained. No updates in 3 years. Today it will not sync at all, says Sync Error. Happening on both ipad & iphone. There were glitches even before this but I was trying to look past it, but I cant even use it now because I rely on the sync feature! I tried to click APP SUPPORT, but all it does is take me to a website called Intended.de. Which seems to be down as the page never loads. So no shopping list, no support! So disappointed!

Ive been waiting a long time for this app to be fixed. Its almost useless in the store since the iPhone screen constantly goes blank for a long time while it syncs. Its hard to get my iPad to sync at all so the two devices are seldom in sync. There needs to be a sync now button instead of auto sync. Since its been over 2 years since the last update, I suppose this app has been abandoned by its publisher. I might as well abandon it as well.

This app is a great time-saver! It allows me to keep track of all of the items I need to pick up as I become aware of needing them.
